Wow so true! Good call blonde-moment! Between my own child, their JW friends and many other congregations kids, the things I later found out they were doing behind our backs, "was astonishing". They sure had us fooled. True!

by song19 ini have a feeling i am going to have to explain to my jw folks why i have decided to allow my children to participate in holidays at school.
theyll probably be wondering too why i will get together with our non jw family for the holidays.. .

Also, if taken lightly or ignored ( by not getting the proper help ) he will stuff and take his core issues with him throughout his life, walking an "unbrokend circle" that leads him back to the same place of inner termoil and rage, with all his relationships.

His excuse, that she made him mad, is no reason for this. That is not like yelling, or slaming a door, or punching a pillow, stomping out of a room. That was a serious dangerous violent act against anther. Again, he is 9 which is too old for this, not to be a serious issue. The movies thing, game thing, toys thing are for yonger kids, your child is too old for that excuse.
From what you're have mentioned, he is having deep seeded feelings of neglect about his father. If you are working much, he may need more personal attention from you. HOWEVER, I promise, it will only get worse. The teen age years are hell, and they only get stronger willed and more independent.
Again, if you can find a way to get him to speak to a professional it will do him good. They will help you with the proper learning skills to help both you as a parent and the child you love. He will have a much better chance of growing into a mature thinking man, instead of an emotional acting out unhappy person.

If he was maybe six or under, I could see it being a compulsive act.........but he's 9. You may want to reflect and see if you've been in dinial or making light of some behaviors that have been subtle hints. His anger could be coming from anywhere.
You can't just scold him. You need to find out what's going on. You will also need to keep a close eye on the situation and take him for couseling.
If they were playing some type of midevil game...maybe........but not out of anger or temperment.....

WatchTower damages more JW families & children with Sparlock video :(
by mind blown inanother disgusting attempt of the wts controling attempt to know it all.
you can totally see the wts did not consult a therapist, getting professional help/advice on how to handle the situation or message they were trying to convey to the child.
the facial expression of the mother ( is disturbing even to me) while evoking guilt to the child.

Broken Promises I didn't even think about that one, but you're correct. Returning it would have been a better alternative. But again, the trash, another negative suggestion.
A mom can make a point about being God/Jahs friend without even having to bring the devil/satan in the mix, using positive reasoning skills and still making a point...just saying he doesn't like it becasue he doesn't like magic spells. But the child will soon find out that Moses practiced magic in Egypt.......and so did Jesus........
